This week has been tiring! A long day of a 5am wake up and 9 hours in the car on Tuesday made for a very tired Lou! But, I changed my rest day to accommodate this and didn’t deviate from the plan, the result is I’ve finished cycle 5 feeling great! 😁
I can’t believe it’s end of cycle 5 time! 😳 I have loved this cycle for the banana and maple porridge, the one pot orzo chicken, strawberry bagel & the Teryiaki salmon! The workouts have been so tough but I kept pushing and my stamina has increased in huge amounts! When I started I could just about finish the workouts and now I’m beating Joe consistently! 🙈 The inches and weight have slowed down which I’m fine about because this was all about maintaining & building stronger muscles for me, and I can definitely see a difference in my photos! Who knew I had back muscles! 😄
I’m so excited for cycle 6 not just because it’s the last cycle in this fab plan but because it ends the weekend before Scott’s 40th birthday 😁 (Great timing by me, I’m hoping to feel amazing for his surprise birthday weekend!)

I’ve been keeping to my 10 minute stretch challenge and have been encouraging Scott or T to join me every day for 10 minutes, I’m really pleased I’m sticking to it and it feels great! Just to prove it, here I am at 9pm in my clothes, no gym kit, no prep, just stretching 😄
Dessert this week, who says pudding can’t be healthy and taste amazing 😍
We finally worked out together! 5 workouts a week, 2 complete cycles and he finally gives up a run to work out with me 😄 It was actually really fun, I’m so used to working out alone but having someone see how much progress I’ve made and someone to push through with was really good.
We had international women’s day and I shared this photo to all the strong women I know 😁
