Cycle 6 of the Graduate Plan landed this week and it’s been a tough week! Work has been demanding and with another day of about 9 hours in the car on Tuesday and Wednesday being an extremely full on day I was exhausted and irritable by Thursday.
But you can’t keep a strong woman down and I was back up again today 😁
So far I’ve completed 3 out of the 4 workouts given in this cycle and they are brutal! Today was by far the worst and I haven’t even looked at tomorrow mornings yet because I’m too scared! But, I’m challenging myself more than I ever have and I am so damn proud of myself for getting this far!

I celebrated feeling back on it today by wearing my new Just Strong vest, I am in love with it!
Plus it’s been Red Nose day so T went to school looking like this!
This weekend is a quiet one with a coffee date tomorrow followed by the last Ireland rugby game 🍀 Scott is running the park run before his late shift and T isn’t back until Sunday lunch time so I have lots of food prep time ahead of me!
